  • There is no basic salary. Commission only, and it lands after the deal completes — weeks, not days.
  • Nobody will chase you to start in the morning. That is the upside and it is also what ends most people.
  • Rejection is the job. Roughly one in ten on a normal day.
  • You are self-employed. You handle your own tax and National Insurance.
